Yes, when we receive and test your device all of the data/information will be deleted.

We use industry leading data-wipe software from PhoneCheck and this cannot be recovered once deleted.

Please ensure that you backup your data or transfer to another device or the cloud before sending your device to us.

Yes, we buy devices in various conditions. See below our condition types:


  • The device powers on and is fully functional.
  • No damage such as smashed screen, chips, cracks, dents, scuffs, LCD damage, camera lens or missing parts.
  • No issues with the software or hardware.
  • All buttons, touch ID, face ID, NFC, Wi-fi, Bluetooth work correctly.
  • Standard UK model with original software and not been modified or jail broken.
  • Battery health of the device is above 80%.
  • No water/liquid damage.
  • No marks or scratches - Looks like a new device


  • The device powers on and is fully functional.
  • No major damage such as smashed screen, chips, cracks, dents, scuffs, LCD damage, camera lens or missing parts.
  • No issues with the software or hardware.
  • All buttons, touch ID, face ID, NFC, Wi-fi, Bluetooth work correctly.
  • Standard UK model with original software and not been modified or jail broken.
  • Battery health of the device is above 80%.
  • No water/liquid damage.
  • A few minor scratches is acceptable.

  • No issues with the software or hardware.
  • All buttons, touch ID, face ID, NFC, Wi-fi, Bluetooth work correctly.
  • Standard UK model with original software and not been modified or jail broken.
  • Battery health of the device is above 80%.
  • No water/liquid damage.
  • Multiple light scratches and normal wear and tear is acceptable.


  • The device must Power on.
  • Any major damage such as smashed screen, chips, cracks, dents, scuffs, LCD damage, deep scratches, camera lens or missing parts.
  • There are issues with the software or hardware.
  • Any buttons, touch ID, face ID, NFC, Wi-fi, Bluetooth do not work correctly.
  • We only accept Standard UK models with original software that has not been modified or jail broken.
  • Any signs of water/liquid damage.
  • Heavy scratches and signs of moderate wear and tear.

We DO NOT accept devices that do not meet the criteria above.

  2. SELL - Tell us a few details about the device and its condition before selling for a great price.
  3. SEND - Ship your device back to us 100% free of charge and track your order for total peace of mind.
  4. SPEND - Once we've received, verified and tested your device, we'll pay you directly into your bank account.

Please follow the steps below to identify your device’s battery health percentage.

4. View 'Maximum Capacity'

Make sure that the Maximum capacity is 80% or more. If your iPhone has a battery health less than 80% then we may offer you a reduced value or classify the iPhone as 'Faulty' as we cannot sell this device on without replacing the battery.

We can accept a device that has a battery health of less than 80% but this will be classified as 'Faulty'. We cannot accept any device sold as either 'Pristine', 'Good' or 'Poor' if the battery health is below this threshold.

Yes, we will purchase a device if it has a smashed, cracked or damaged screen. Please be aware that we only accept devices that Power On, so if the device does not turn on then we will not be able to offer you a value.

We offer four types of condition when selling to us:

  • Pristine
  • Good
  • Poor
  • Faulty

Please read the condition descriptions carefully as the price we guarantee is dependent on these conditions.

Our 14-Day price guarantee ensures that the price you're quoted on the website is 'Locked' for 14 days, meaning if prices drop (which they sometimes do) you will still receive the original value. Please ensure that your device reaches us before the 14 days expire or we can't guarantee that this price wont drop.

If you've already placed your order but haven't returned your device yet:

Don't worry as you're under no obligation to send your item back to us. Simply let us know and we'll cancel the order for you.

If you've already returned your device:

Up until the point that your payment is processed, we are able to return your device to you. If you change your mind or don't want to accept a revised offer, we'll be happy to return your device to you.

Sending My Device

No, please make sure that you go to the Post Office to ship your device(s) back to us. They'll be able to provide you with a 'Proof of delivery'.

Before sending your device back, please ensure that you have securely packaged the item(s) in a box with bubble wrap (if possible) for further protection. We recommend sending devices back in their original boxes.

We would recommend that you ship your device(s) back to us in their original box for the best protection. We're happy to take any old or unused accessories that relate to the device(s) but please be aware that we will not be able to ship these back once received.

When you complete your sale with us, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to send your device back. Please ensure that you check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email ends up there.

We provide two options for returning your item. You can either take this to the Post Office or arrange a Royal Mail home collection.

If you're not sure on what to do or don't receive an email from us, please get in touch with us at and we'll be happy to help.

Selling a phone to us is 100% FREE!

That means you won't pay for the postage to send back to us. whether you're taking your device to the post office or arranging a home collection, it's still Free!.

It's totally risk-free!

If you wish to further protect your device on its way back to us, you can pay an additional fee for insurance such as Royal Mail Special Delivery where your package is insured up to £500. We recommend using this service for items valued over £100 but it's your choice.

When you completed your trade-in with us, we sent you an email with a pre-paid postage label. Please ensure that you check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email ended up there.

If we receive any orders over 14 days then the price that was quoted is no longer guaranteed and may have dropped.

It is important that you return your device(s) to us as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive the full amount quoted.

We'll send you an email once your item has been received by our team.

It usually takes approximately 1-3 working days for packages to be delivered, so please don't worry if you haven't heard from us immediately.

If you're sending more than 1 device then please ensure that you put these items in one box with adequate packaging so that they don't move around.

Device Information

No, the colour of the device does not affect the price that we offer you.

Most models have a printed or engraved label on the back of the handset OR under the battery pack, if the back comes off. 

You can also go to the settings area of your device and find the  'About' section. This should provide information about the model type.

We don't buy every device type or model on our website. We list the most popular models.

If you cannot find your device using our category selector or handy search then we cannot offer you a value for your device.

We can only purchase a device from the registered owner.

If our system identifies that a device has been flagged as blacklisted then we're unable to purchase this device.

We are required by law to hold any device that is stolen for 28 days and allow the legal owner the opportunity to reclaim that device.

When we run our diagnostic checks, we will identify if a device is counterfeit/fake. If so, we will not pay a value for this device and the item(s) will be destroyed or recycled responsibly.
No payment will be made and the device will not be returned.

To remove your device from iCloud, please follow the following

iOS 10.3 or later

  1. Tap Settings on your home screen and then tap your name.
  2. Tap iCloud, scroll down to Find My iPhone and turn off.
  3. Enter your Apple ID password then tap Turn Off.
  4. Tap Apple ID in the top left corner to go back.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out, enter Apple ID password and tap Sign Out.

iOS 10.2 or earlier

  1. Tap Settings on your home screen, tap on your Apple ID, tap iCloud, then tap Find My iPhone.
  2. Scroll down, turn off Find My iPhone, enter Apple ID password and tap Turn Off.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Sign Out and enter Apple ID password.

If you’ve already sent the iPhone or iPad to us, you can still remove the device from iCloud remotely by using another device:

  1. Sign in to with your Apple ID.
  2. Go to Find My iPhone.
  3. Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the device that you want to remove from iCloud.
  5. Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device has been erased.
  6. Click Remove from Account.

How do I remove my Google account?

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Once in Settings, tap Lock screen and security section.
  4. Tap Screen lock type.
  5. Enter your PIN, pattern or password.
  6. Tap Swipe at the top.
  7. Tap Remove data.
  8. Tap Remove.

With your security deactivated, you can remove your Google account

  1. Return to Settings, tap Cloud and accounts.
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Google account.
  4. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Tap Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account again to confirm.
  7. Your Google account will have been removed from your Samsung Galaxy phone.

How do I remove my Samsung account?

  1. In Settings, tap Accounts, and backup.
  2. Tap Accounts, and then select Samsung account.
  3. Enter your PIN, pattern or password.
  4. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Tap Sign out.
  6. Review the information, and then tap Sign out.
  7. Enter your password to verify your identity, and then tap OK.

To find the exact model of your iPhone you can do one of two options:

  1. On your iPhone, go to 'Settings' > 'General' > 'About'
  2. Locate the IMEI of your device by typing *#06# on your telephone keypad. Then go to here
Payment Queries

At the moment we only offer Bank Transfer or PayPal as payment methods. Both of these options are 100% secure and your details will not be shared with anyone or passed to a third-party.

Once we receive your device then this will go through our assessment process where it's condition and functionality is tested.

  • If everything is ok and it meets all of the criteria set out in the condition description and our terms, then this will be paid on the very same day.
  • If we find any issues with the device or it does not meet the condition description or our terms, you will be notified by email and SMS that you need to accept or reject a revised offer.

Once payment is ready to be made, this will be sent to your account on the very same day (if processed or accepted before 2pm)

It usually takes 24-48 hours to clear in your account, but this may differ based on who you bank with.

When payment is made, it can take up to 5 days to clear into your account (dependent on the bank).

You can change your payment details up to the point where your payment has been processed.

If you made a mistake or wish to change your details to something else, you need to contact us at from the email address the order was placed using.

We can only change these details if we receive the email from the same address as the order. Please ensure you include your order number in the email.

My Order

Once we receive your device(s), we aim to process your order on the same working day. We will keep you informed throughout the process and let you know when your order is received/tested/paid

If you do not send your item(s) back within 14 days then your order will be marked as 'Expired'. We can only guarantee your price for 14 days as prices change on the regular basis.

When we test your device this goes through an extensive diagnostic and conditional process. There are a number of reasons why you might have received a reduced offer:

  1. The device we received was different to what was sold to us (e.g. Different model, storage capacity or incorrect network)
  2. The condition you chose on the website doesn't meet the criteria outlined in the description
  3. The device is not a model we currently purchase

These are just a sample of reasons why the price may be reduced

All of our devices go through certified diagnostics using PhoneCheck, an industry leading software provider that ensures any issues and defects are identified as part of the testing process.

If your device fails our testing (differs from what you have stated), we will contact you by email.

You will be given the option to accept the adjusted price, or reject to have your device(s) returned.

There is no fee for the return of your product(s).

If we haven't heard from you within 3 days of emailing you, we will automatically process the device at the adjusted price.

If you can't remember your password then you can reset this by clicking 'Forgot Password' 

Yes, you can update your contact details from the 'My Account' area.

Please click on "Login" at the top of our Homepage and simply go to the Edit your Details section
