Amazes me how quick they can test the fone and pay me for it. I only sent it back on the Monday and was told payment was on the way on wednesday. couldnt fault them.
No issues when selling to Tech octopus. they sent me a label to print and take to the post office. Payment was in my bank account in a few days. Emails kept me up to date along the way.
Offered a good price for my iPhone 11 pro. When they received it they did say there was a crack on the corner but I thought i might get offered less, so expected.

Very pleased with my cash. Got my quote from the site for £125. Sent the phone with the free label. A few days later got notification to say £125 was being transferred into my bank. More than happy with Techoctopus who gave me what I was quoted.
Sold my iPhone 12 Pro to them and was fairly easy to do. Make sure you read your emails as it took a bit longer for me as I didn’t remove from iCloud before sending my phone. Once this was sorted I was paid on the same day.

Tried Mazuma and enviro fone previously but they let me down. Thought I'd give Tech Octopus a go this time and I wasn't disappointed. Oly took about 4 days from start to finish and the cash was in the bank. Boom!
Got quoted a price, posted back a few days later. Tested a day after that, then money in my account within a day! So easy would definitely recommend
You hear stories about people getting ripped off, but tech octopus were simple to deal with and i got paid what i wanted. be careful when selling your phone as i've been stung in the past.
I recently sold a iphone to tech octopus and the process was straight Forward. Also the customer service is fast for any questions or problems. I was paid what I was told so I would happily use them again in future :)
Looked at a few other recycling places but had poor experiences with a few before. Thought I'd try techoctopus and they didn't dissapoint.
Everything was good except it took a while for the post office to deliver the phone. Next time I would pay for next day special delivery or something. Everything else was fine and ive got my money, so thumbs up
